1974 Econoline, This ones going to be the shop van while the 63 is being built.

 The White 74 is Put on hold....i got a new one (64 Custom). The white 74 is for sale. $650. Needs waterpump to run and carb could use a rebuild.

6-08 Put the intake and valve covers back in and got the water pump half installed on 6-29-08.

11-17-08... Battery box and acid damage repair

took about a half day

also got the motor fired up today

11-30-08... got the grill, hood and doghouse back on. Starting on seat tommorow hopefully.

12-17-08... Got seat installed, used some camaro buckets that have been laying around here for a couple of years, some galvanized pipe and some junk yard swivel mounts from my buddy Eric. About $20 bucks invested. Need some seat covers to hide the wear and tear.

1-20-09... Took it for a test ride, Batteries shot and the brakes were making noise. Could be from sitting for a year. So im going through each hub (one at a time) and will be cking the brakes, brngs, and powdercoating the wheels. 1st wheels off today.

1-29-09... Got the first wheel back, this is what they will be looking like when done

3-9-004.... WHILE DOING THE SECOND WHEEL I TORE THE BEAD UP TRYING TO GET IT OFF. SO I WENT SHOPPING FOR NEW TIRES. FOUND SOME FOR 100 BUCKS.

12-3-09... got van done enough to drive back in april or may, but it was summer so i put it aside to ride the bikes, didnt run it much except to swapmeets full of parts over the summer. sold it in october to a friend but then traded it for the 78 econoline...so i got it back agian. Runs pretty good, still needs some carb adjust or maybe a rebuild, did some brake work over the summer while the wheels were off. Have it up for sale right now, asking $950.

Still have this one but has a blown headgasket. Going to pull this motor and tranny for the 64 van.

Engines out, now who knows of a good performance upgrade for the 300 to put in my 64 custom?

Alright put this on hold...besides it needs a motor rebuilt.....well it actually needs a waterpump. But since im going to customize it i might as well rebuild the motor and tranny while its out. Thats if it dosn't sell. Then i'll take the 69 and make it into a matching trailer.
